About Us

Kingdom Korner is the community outreach center of Bethany Baptist Church.  Since its opening in 2014, Kingdom Korner has faithfully served the practical needs of those in the Glenville community and beyond.  Kingdom Korner functions as a bridge between Bethany and the surrounding community, allowing those who may not have a personal relationship with our Lord to receive love, acceptance, and support from the body of Christ.  Kingdom Korner is staffed by a group of talented, dedicated individuals committed to meeting the practical needs of Glenville residents as well as individuals throughout Greater Cleveland.
Our Outreach/Referral Service Hours are as follows:

Our Services:
Kingdom Korner provides additional services to the community, such as:​
  • Social Service Agency Referrals –Housing, Utility Assistance, GED, and more
  • Anger Management & Mental Health Referrals/Training - Classes aim to teach clients the skills they need to regulate their emotions and calm themselves down (appointment only)
  • Financial Literacy Empowerment - Learn about basic budgeting techniques, financial planning, and credit rating.
  • A Vision of Change serves as a satellite for Community Health Workers (CHWs). CHWs provide culturally appropriate health education and information, help people get the care they need, give informal counseling and guidance on health behaviors, advocate for individual and community health needs, and provide some direct services such as first aid and blood pressure screening.
